Edward has called Austin home for nearly three decades and has deep roots in the community. “I’ve had a front row seat to change in Austin,” he says. “Now I share that experience with my clients.”
A life-long fitness fanatic and former competitive athlete, Edward applies the same drive and commitment to his career and life’s challenges. After graduating from law school, working for a federal judge and law firm, Edward embarked upon a career collaborating with senior executives in Fortune 500 technology firms negotiating large, complex transactions. His education, people-skills, Texas roots, and knack for leveraging data are valuable assets serving discerning clients in the luxury and investment real estate market.
With an appreciation for value and craftsmanship, Edward has developed a focus on the luxury and lakefront market and is pursuing certification as a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and several complimentary professional designations. His focus on the market, attention to detail, and appreciation for excellence is evident in every interaction.

"We connected with Edward on Facebook from California with interest in land for a small winery. While wineries weren’t his specialty, he seemed resourceful and eager to help. Within a few days, he had two parcels of land for us to consider, one of them was actually a working vineyard in Fredericksburg."
"Having grown up with Edward, it’s easy to say nice things. But when I started looking for a home in Houston, even though he lives in Austin, he jumped into action and helped me out. I’d recommend him highly to anyone who’s new to the market or has an appreciation for a well thought out approach to the home search process."
"Austin is a very intimidating market so having Edward Sternberg help us navigate it was extremely valuable. His detail and information regarding our interest in investment properties exceeded our expectations. He found a duplex opportunity that didn’t even seem to exist when we worked with other Realtors®."
